To ensure the security, stability, and reliability of our network environment and services provided to all customers, the following violations will be strictly addressed:

Network attacks, port scanning, malicious packet transmission, and unauthorized intrusion

Infringement of trademarks, copyrighted films and television content, and other intellectual property rights

Spam

Phishing, fraud, and other illegal activities

Any other activities that violate our policies
If we receive an abuse complaint concerning an IP address, the following measures will apply:
First Complaint
The reported IP address will be blocked immediately, and a penalty of USD 20 per IP address per complaint will be charged. The user must promptly take corrective action in accordance with the requirements of the complainant.
Second Complaint
The relevant server will be suspended immediately, with no refund provided.
We will issue warnings and forward abuse complaints through both the ticketing system and email. Users are required to resolve the issue and respond to the ticket within 6 hours of receiving the notification.
If no action is taken after three notifications within 24 hours, we reserve the right to suspend the relevant server immediately without refund.
If the penalty invoice remains unpaid for more than 24 hours, the relevant server will also be shut down and taken offline.
All resellers and users are required to acknowledge and comply with the above policies. Resellers are also responsible for promptly informing their end users of these requirements.
