How to apply for a refund?

Step 1:

Please locate the service for which you need a refund, click 'Support', and then select 'New Ticket'.

 

Step 2:

Click 'Billing / Sales',and then select 'Refund Request'.

 

Step 3:

'Refund Reason' is required.

Other options are optional depending on the reason.

Once you have confirmed that everything is correct, you can submit the ticket and wait for our staff to process it.

We usually complete it within 24 hours.
